These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DigiReferans Digital Services platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to https://digireferans.com and all its subdomains.
• User: Any individual or entity visiting or registering on the platform.
• Content: All text, images, links, or digital materials uploaded or shared by users.

2. Account and Membership

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts.
• DigiReferans shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of accounts.
• Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

• The platform may only be used for lawful and ethical purposes.
• Users must not upload misleading, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
• Spamming, distributing malware, or attempting to disrupt the system is strictly prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share on the platform. DigiReferans does not have a general obligation to pre-screen user content but reserves the right to remove or restrict any content found to be unlawful or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, software, database, logo, and all visual materials of the platform are the property of ETASS GLOBAL GAYRİMENKUL SANAYİ VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.. Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any material without written permission is prohibited. Users must ensure that any content they provide does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Modification of Services

DigiReferans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DigiReferans shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions, except where required by applicable law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

User information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice (KVKK).

9. Amendments

DigiReferans may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
